The Team Brand Photoshoot!

Hey there squad! Welcome in to your go to overview to make your team brand photoshoot a total vibe and stress free!

Going into a team session can feel like a daunting undertaking - but it shouldn’t with the Vibe Session! Being mindful of the team’s different personalities and still having fun will be key for a smooth session.

The Shot List

Having a shot list is super important to keep the team photoshoot smooth! Here’s some shot list examples to consider:

Intro photo. Thank you photo. Celebration photo. Groups of certain team members working on phones, computers. Coffee cup consult photo. On the go working.
Process photos: here’s what it’s like to work with us or check in emails
Newsletter needs. Email campaign ideas. Certain photos to add to your brochures and marketing materials.

Write down a ton of ideas as they come to you and I can make magic on shoot day!

THE TEAM PHOTOSHOOT VIBE

It’s photoshoot time for the team! Don’t feel anxious about the idea of getting everyone together to get in front of the camera!

I’m here to guide you through the prep to shoot day. When I work with teams, we have alot of fun but I’m also able to keep the flow in control, so that the team leadership gets the content they need

Make sure everyone knows the plan of the day. Some team leadership prefer no individual shots so let them know its team focus. Or if you planned to have individuals during the session let them know to be prepared to jump from team to their shots!

On shoot day, I have a flow with teams. I get the formally posed one (if you opt for that) for a mission statement pose and use.

We break off into some working images with lifestyle feels and MOVEMENT. We can bring out props to get the team in its element. All the ideas I have for you OR we collaborate together based on your shot list and needs.

If there are important teams within the whole please let me know so we can highlight them.

Some of the posing and prompts I give will give team members ease of worries and anxiety about the shoot.

OUTFITS

Theres SO many ways to bring the fit on the. team photoshoot!
You can go for a color palette that complements your brand colors. This doesn't mean everyone has to wear the exact same color, but rather choose colors that work well together. Consider incorporating your brand's primary color as an accent to create a cohesive look.

Here’s some options to check out:

The beige, white and champagne palette

All black everything!

Casual, comfy jeans and airy colors

White, beige with accents of black

Classic black and white

Navy and blue hues

Earthy tones

Are you a fun bunch, or do you keep on the more chill side..or more conservative? Either way we will have some fun and make the team shine!
